Kloey Hanson 858-220-1415 kloey@hotbodypilates.com I am Kloey, the founder of Hot Body Pilates Inc. I discovered the Pilates method over 8 years ago and realized instantly how incredible and unique the program is and could not only see, but most importantly feel the differences it created in my body almost instantly. Pilates not only creates a physique that is ideal to each individual body type, but it also helps to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with current and past musculature related injuries or problems. As I mentioned in the benefits of Pilates, this exercise program will complement any activity you are currently involved in such as football, baseball, basketball, golf, tennis, weight lifting, long distance running, horseback riding, or any other athletic endeavor. I am an equestrian and have been amazed with how it has improved my riding ability, position, and strength.
Pilates has helped me overcome past sports related injuries as well as define my physique in ways I never imagined possible. I have dedicated my life to perfecting my ability to use Pilates to sculpt my body and each of my client's as well. I have over 12,000 hours of training experience and am always incorporating new techniques and various forms of training so that I will eventually create the perfect Pilates based program. All of the instructors at Hot Body Pilates are incredibly skilled in teaching Pilates as well as as being highly accredited in various other facets of health and fitness.

Stephanie Scarbrough 562-756-8104 Stephanie@hotbodypilates.com Hi! My name is Stephanie and I am a Certified, Licensed and dedicated Pilates Instructor and Massage Therapist of eight years. About three years ago, I was injured in a car accident and in turn my muscles got so tight that they started to pinch the nerves in my brachial plexus. This caused numbness in my arms and I could no longer do massage. I thought that my career and my life were over… but then I discovered Pilates. Through Pilates I learned how to strengthen and lengthen my muscles, correcting structural imbalances and tightness that were contributing to my muscle pain and numbness. Pilates helped me learn to make my body work for me not against me. Not to mention reshape and tone my body better then any other exercise method that I had ever done! I believe that Pilates can benefit absolutely everyone! Whether your goal is to get that HOT BODY that you have always wanted, or you are tired of living with chronic muscle pain… Pilates can help, and it is my passion to teach you how!
Jenna Slaats 925-548-2714 Jenna@hotbodypilates.com Hi! My name is Jenna Slaats and I am a Certified Pilates instructor working with one of the best facilities in Downtown San Diego, HOT BODY PILATES! My life has been dedicated to staying in shape and eating right. I have played almost every sport in the book, excelling at basketball and softball. I have consistently worked out for the past 13 years of my life. However, my workouts seemed limited as I had yet to discover Pilates and the endless fun and unique exercises it entails!
Pilates proved to be extremely beneficial in working through some ongoing troubles with my knees, it helped by correcting previous injuries through various low-impact and muscle balancing techniques.
After seeing and feeling first-hand how powerful and effective Pilates is for targeting specific areas as well as achieving an overall balance of the body, I knew that I wanted to do Pilates for the rest of my life.
After graduating from San Diego State University with a BA in Psychology, I wanted a career in which I would be afforded the opportunity to help people. Becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor has taught me that Pilates is about more than just correcting injuries and getting people into shape, but also changing their lives in positive ways.
Even though I am extremely well versed in sports, exercising as a whole, and weight training; I never knew Pilates could push me that extra step further the way it has. I look forward to showing each of you how Pilates can benefit everyone’s life!

Keely Watson 619-261-5898 keely@hotbodypilates.com I’m Keely and have been involved in sports and athletics throughout my life. I came to HBP through a friend that raved about the results and immediately fell in love with Pilates. No other form of exercise has ever given me the results I have gotten from Pilates. My body feels stronger, more balanced, and more flexible than it’s ever been. This inspired me to receive my certification and begin teaching at HBP. I’m excited to share my knowledge of Pilates and help others discover the life-changing benefits it has to offer.

Liz Roos 858-922-6296 liz@hotbodypilates.com I'm Liz and I'm so thrilled to join the Hot Body Pilates team! I tried Pilates for the first time a few years ago simply because I was curious. At the time, I had no idea how impressed I would be with this exercise method. While I noticed outward physical improvements such as toning and lengthening, I also realized that my posture, breathing, flexibility, and overall strength benefited as well. I have also worked as an aide at a Physical Therapy/Chiropractic office here in San Diego, where I came to understand just how essential it is that we take care of our bodies, with emphasis on our spinal health and core strength. I have seen many patients come in with debilitating pain due to poor posture and muscle imbalances. Pilates is a great way to strengthen the muscles supporting the spine, promoting balance and preventing injury. I have completed the Kore Pilates certification course, and can't wait to pass on the valuable information I have learned. While I believe in a good, hard workout session, it's just as important to me that we have fun. My goal will be achieved when all my clients are as excited about Pilates as I am!

Beverly Driver 858-212-4270 beverly@hotbodypilates.com Hi, I'm Beverly. Over the past 16 years, I have provided care for acute injuries and chronic painful disorders as an Acupuncturist and Herbalist. As a Pilates Instructor, I assist clients with strengthening the body’s foundation as it undergoes the necessary re-education to improve functional activity. When the mind and body make this connection, I enjoy seeing clients experience that “I got it” moment in which their body makes a leap and can begin progressing to more difficult core strength and flexibility movements.
Pilates is the therapy that helped me to regain range of motion and increased the circulation in my arm after surgery in 1990. It also built strength for activities which I had discontinued; like skiing, weightlifting, and scuba diving. By the 10th session I had reached my goal and returned my attention to completing a Masters Degree in Chinese Medicine with Orthopedic and Neurology Certifications. I am excited to share the Pilates experience with you here at Hot Body Pilates.

Taryn Walker Contact Kloey at 858-220-1415 to book your session taryn@hotbodypilates.com
Hi, I’m Taryn Walker. I grew up on the beach in the South Bay (Redondo Beach). I have been involved in athletics for as long as I can remember and by the age of 16, I was playing competitive volleyball and soccer on both club and school teams. Other sports I was actively involved in have been tennis, softball, running, and competitive equestrian sports (horseback riding).
As an athletic enthusiast, I am always searching for something new to get involved in. That’s when I discovered Pilates in 2005 when my roommate and good friend at the time was completing her Pilates Certification Program and it was then that I became educated in regards to what Pilates is all about and it sparked my interest immediately!
After working for six years in the Industries of Event Planning and Marketing, I was ready for a change. With the support of my husband, I quit my corporate job and began my Pilates schooling. It turned out that I made one of the best decisions of my life! Pilates is much more than just a form of exercise. It is a lifestyle and one that I am so excited to share with others.
When I decided to take this new path in my life and to turn my focus on teaching Pilates, I have seen that this incredible workout regimen is something that will give me an opportunity to share Pilates with many others and inspire them to live a balanced and healthy lifestyle while making sure that it is above all “FUN” every step of the way. I truly love what I do and you will love to see your “Pilates Body” develop as you dedicate yourself to reaching the ultimate results that Pilates is capable of giving you!
Kristina Gudzy Halkowycz Contact Kloey at 858-220-1415 to book your session Kristina@hotbodypilates.com
Hi, my name is Kristina Halkowycz. I was born and raised in Union, New Jersey. About 5 years ago my husband and I decided to make the move to San Diego, California. I attended Seton Hall University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Broadcasting, with a minor in Russian. After college I worked in the television industry for over 5 years and had experience in everything from running camera, audio, chyron, to master control.
Recently I decided to make a career change and become a Pilates Instructor and could not be happier! I loved working in production, but realized my passion was Pilates because it gives me the opportunity to help individuals achieve their fitness goals and to rehabilitate current or past injuries that cause each individual to experience mild, but often chronic discomfort.
There is no need to live in pain or without the physique you have always wanted. I am excited to have been given the tools and training needed to become a Certified Pilates Instructor that will enable me to successfully help you to both get in amazing shape while ridding your body of the aches and pains that are typically associated with muscle imbalances, and current or past injuries, to name a few from a long list of various other reasons one might be experiencing either acute or widespread pain throughout their body.
I have been actively involved in Pilates Instruction since I discovered it is my true passion and am now Certified in beginner to advanced Pilates exercises which include, but are not limited to, mat/floor Pilates, The Reformer, The Cadillac, The Wunda Chair, The Ladder Barrel, and various other pieces of small apparatus that are used to modify each exercise to fit the needs of each individual client. I have a passion for health and fitness and I love helping others reach their individual fitness goals.
I am excited to be able to share my knowledge as a Certified Pilates Instructor and all of its benefits to each person I get the pleasure of working with.
